DO - Add a Little Glamour

Opt for interesting statement accessories to finish off your look. They’ll be great conversation starters especially if they’re unique finds from a thrift shop or from one of your overseas trips. A little bling never hurt nobody!

DON’T - Over Accessorise

You don’t want to be at the dinner table with your stack of bangles clanging every time you lift your glass for a sip of wine.

DO - Wear Comfy Shoes

If you’re confident and comfortable in heels, go for it! However, we don’t suggest breaking in a new pair of shoes because you’ll never know how much you have to walk and you definitely don’t want to be grimacing in pain halfway through your date.

DON’T - Wear Anything Too Outrageous

We get it, some of us have quirky tastes. Don’t be afraid to let your eccentric side show! However, we recommend that you reign it in a little on your first date, find the right balance so as to not overwhelm your date. You want your date’s focus to be on you and not just your clothes.
