She works hard, not necessarily for the money.

A gentle reminder from the Queen that true success is not measured by net worth, but by your reputation.

“I'm over being a pop star. I don't wanna be a hot girl. I wanna be iconic. And I feel like I've accomplished a lot. I feel like I'm highly respected, which is more important than any award or any amount of records. And I feel like there comes a point when being a pop star is not enough.”

She’ll take a fall, then get right back up and keep going.

Never try to play on the safe side to avoid failure; work for what you believe in even if nobody else does so that you can be better tomorrow than today.

“Power means happiness; power means hard work and sacrifice.”

She protects her family.

Beyonce might be the world's most worshiped diva, but she makes sure her daughter Blue Ivy has a somewhat normal childhood, away from the media’s eye. She also keeps her family’s affairs private, and never airs her dirty laundry, unless she feels her vulnerability can be used to empower others.
